How To Make Pancakes with Cinnamon Sugar
To make Pancakes you can follow this recipe. It’s super easy and tastes great!
- 240 g (430 ml) flower
- 10 ml baking powder
- 2 ml salt
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 250 ml water
- 12,5 ml Lemon juice
- 25 ml Sunflower oil to bake the pancakes in a pan
- 200 g (250 ml) sugar
- 15 ml fine cinnamon
- Mix well.
Sift the flower, baking powder and salt together in one bowl.
Then in another bowl, whisk the eggs until it’s light and add the milk, water, lemon juice and oil. Mix it well.
Take the wet ingredients and add it to the flower that you added to the other bowl. Mix it well using an electric beater or even better, a stick blender. Make sure there are no clots.
Close the bowl with a cloth and let it stand for 30 minutes. Take out a medium sized pan (non-stick if you have) and put on medium heat. Add some sunflower oil in there. Half a teaspoon should be fine.
Take a big spoon like one of those ones you use for soup and take a big scoop of the pancake mix. Swirl it around in the pan so that it covers the whole flat bottom part.
When you see bubbles forming on top of the pancake, and they start to pop, it’s time to flip the pancake. Make sure it’s a little golden brown on some parts. After you flipped it, make sure the other side is golden brown as well.
Put the cooked pancakes on a plate a sprinkle it with the cinnamon sugar.
Repeat the process until the mixture is finished and enjoy.
